Total Number of Posts : 2159 posts
Name of the Posts:
1. Assistant Surgeon (General) : 911 posts
2. Assistant Surgeon (Speciality) : 1163 posts
3. Assistant Surgeon (Dental-General/ Speciality) : 85 posts

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess MBBS Degree / PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned Speciality and Super Speciality / BDS Degree / MDS Degree. refer notification for complete details.

Age limit: Candidates minimum age must be 18 years and no limit on upper age for SC / ST / OBC candidates and minimum age must be 18 years and maximum age must be 35 years for all other category candidates.

Application fee : Rs. 350/- for SC / ST candidates and Rs. 700/- for all other candidates.

Selection Procedure : Selection process will be done on the basis of Written Examination and then selection of a candidate by the Board carries with it no guarantee of actual appointment.

How to Apply : Candidates should apply Online Mode from www.mrb.tn.gov.in. After submission of applications, take system generated application for further reference.
